I tried twice with no changes, and, after a third try, some smoke popped up from the mo-bo (just behind the memory slots). The green power led on the mobo turned on (showing that the it was powered), then I pushed the power button on the front of the case to turn the system on: the CPU, power supply and videocard fans rotated just a couple of seconds and then suddenly stopped. The power supply block was a Thermaltake Toughpower 750W.Ģ) Once at destination, I simply bought a new Coolermaster case (model Elite 334U) and a new power supply cable, then installed inside this case my old Thermaltake Toughpower 750W plus all old components. ![]() The system was composed by: Asus P5K Premium Wi-Fi AP, Intel Quad Core 2.4 Ghz, 4 Gb DDR2, Radeon HD 2900 XT + 2 HDD Seagate. #INTEL POWER GADGET MAC SYSTEM DIDNT IDENTIFY PC#I'd be glad if anybody could help to identify the cause of my current issues.ġ) I moved from one country to another, so I dismantled my old pc and packed all components (everything but the pc case and the power cable): once at destination my plans were to simply buy a new pc case, put the old components inside and start my system back on. ![]()
